A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay is to be attached to the reservation form made out to (or payable to) « Alain Roux – Le Bois d’Amourette ». Payment of the balance must be made one month before your arrival. In the event of non payment with in this period we reserve the right to cancel the rental retaining the total of the deposit paid for the reservation.

• Taxe de sejour based on 2019, €0.99 or €1.65 a day according to villa per person aged 18+
• Linen is not provided but can be rented. Set of bed linen + 2 towels €20. Childs cot €10
• Careful cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the client). Clients wishing to use the cleaning service must advise us and pay the sum of €17. Per room.
• A caution deposit of €300 to €500 according to villa is payable up on receipt of the keys. This will be returned to you by courier the week after your departure.

Swimming pool is secure and for residents only. Children must be accompanied by on adult. The pool area is forbidden to those with 4 paws !

All cancellations must please be notified by registered letter before the start of the rental. In the event of cancellation we will retain as follows:

• More than 60 days before : €35 from the deposit paid
• Less than 60 days but more than 30 days : 30% of the total rental.
• Less than 30 days : 100% of the total rental
